Jersey Fresh Chopped Turkish Salad


2 Jersey Fresh cucumbers washed and diced
3 Jersey Fresh tomatoes diced
1 bunch Jersey Fresh parsley chopped
1 Jersey Fresh sweet bell pepper chopped
1/2 Jersey Fresh red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste



Mix ingredients together. Allow to sit at least 1 hour so flavors combine. Enjoy as a healthy side or topped with chicken and feta as a full meal!
