Chef Post's Cauliflower Hummus


1 head cauliflower
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
7 oz olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste



Roughly chop the cauliflower and place into a blender or food processor. Pulse until fine. Add garlic, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Pulse again until everything is fully incorporated. Set the blender to puree and drizzle in ohe oil until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
