Cranberry Hall Garlic Meatballs


1 lb Cranberry Hall Farm All Natural Ground Beef
5 cloves Cranberry Half Garlic (finely minced)
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 to 1/3 cup warm water or milk Salt and Pepper



Moisten bread crumbs with milk or water. Add meat, minced garlic and egg. Combine all ingredients well. Roll into desired size meatballs. Bake in a shallow dish at 400 degrees until browned and cooked through. Serve with pasta on a sandwich or as an easy appetizer. These freeze well for easy dinners on the go.
