Cartlidge Meats Basil Infused Breakfast Patties


1/2 lb Cartlidge Meats house-made all natural loose breakfast sausage
4 Pineland Farms Jersey Fresh Tuscan Basil leaves, roughly chopped
A few tablespoons of water


Combine sausage and basil well with your hands. From into desired size patties. Fry over medium to high heat to brown on one side. Add water to pan and cover to steam the sausage. Flip sausage after 1 minute and finish cooking, uncovered, until cooked through.
